Less is more Capitol. The hotel has an over kistch pseudo luxurious deco, excessive toiletries in the miniature WC, the TV turns itself on every time you enter the room with muzak and you have to turn it off, which is a pain. The hotel lacks space to breath and functionality for a working visitor. I presume for a tourist is even worse because you have to spend more time inside the tiny room? Some recepcionsists were really snotty, others so kind.
