Le persone che lavorano al Capitol sono davvero squisite sempre pronte ad aiutarti in ogni situazione,
davvero ottimo servizio che fa arrivare all'eccellenza i punti del questionario in cui risulta solamente "buono"

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Hotel Capitol. We were able to check in early after a transatlantic flight, our room was upgraded, and convenient. Personnel were helpful and courteous. Had a good meal at the restaurant. We look forward to returning.

Great thanks!

I only had a couple of small complaints which can be easily fixed:
(1) Room too hot. The clothes dryer in the bathroom has no way to shut off, the trouser press in the bedroom turns on automatically for thirty minutes when you enter room, and the thermostat does not seem to adjust the temperature down.
(2) no iron. I'd like to iron my suit in the morning as it gets wrinkled in the luggage
(3) no public transport tickets. Another hotel I stayed at sold 24 hour or 48 hour public transport tickets at the front counter and this was very convenient.

Ho alloggiato due notti e per un'intera giornata non ho avuto modo di fare la doccia perché c'è stato un problema alla caldaia di cui non sono stata neanche avvisata....
