very good experience. staff pleasant and for the most part, eager and willing to please. premises very quiet and very clean. included breakfast well presented. would like more outlets for personal electric devices - we could only find one in our room.. would like Fox News added to the available TV channels. wifi free but, at least for our experience, access was spotty and had to be re-established frequently..

We retain comments from our guests and find them useful for improving our service.
It is by heeding the suggestions and observations of our guests that we have introduced a series of features and considerations that are met with much appreciation. These include exceptional comfort with the highest hygienic requirements for the beds fitted with satin linens and mattresses that provide the ultimate sleep; a coffee and tea maker have been placed in all of the rooms; and last but not least, the substantial buffet breakfast containing many products in order to satisfy the many different requests.
We are sorry if perhaps the brevity of your stay didn’t allow you to appreciate the advantages of our location, which is in a residential zone considered by the Milanese to be one of the most lavish and prestigious in the city. This zone contains upscale real estate and many shops, large department stores and places to go out for food and drinks which remain lively through the evening.
We hope that you will be our guest again in the future, should you return to Milan; in which case, you shall receive our utmost courtesy and consideration. We thank you for having stayed in our hotel and offer our sincere regards.
