Maravillosa experiencia. Gracias por todo!

Appreciated the clean & big room & bed, the AC, the good bathroom with warm water & good water pressure, & that the room was quiet with a sliding glass door & shutters to allow for natural light without the street noise. The bottle in the shower, however, was empty upon arrival. Some of the staff was exceptional, some were not as they avoided contact. As mentioned earlier, I returned to the hotel one night at about 9:30pm & knocked at the front door for over 10 minutes before someone came to open it. While waiting, I also called & emailed with no response. This is not safe or appropriate. Would prefer having my own key for entry. If not, staff must ALWAYS be available to allow entry. The thank you note with the photo was a very sweet gesture.

Absolutely amazing experience. The staff treats you like family and are so willing to talk to you and help you plan your trip, do tours, give recommendations on food, laundry, things to do, and excursions. They went out of their way to plan taxis for me when the roads were closed due to protests and we didn't know what to do with logistics. Every evening they would come and give us a surprise gift, whether it was a candle on our bed, a picture that we took with the hotel or a small detail that made us feel at home.
I wanted to especially highlight the detail and care that Ines had when taking care of us. Always recommending us places while she made us breakfast, talking about her culture, and what was going on around the city. Every morning I could not wait to go to breakfast to get to speak to her again.
