Service was great. Janet was wonderful throught out our stay. The bathroom needs work. I was in the middle of the shower when hot water ran out. I saw a bug in the bathroom and it needs at least another hook for towel. The room is nice but can use another light.

We found the hotel very charming and the people at the front desk exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be improved quite a bit. Seeing that many of your guests are Americans and Europeans who speak English, the waiter/waitresses should have some use of English. Or at least a card with available breakfast options written in English should be at each table. The poor girl seemed frustrated with communicating each morning - forgetting juice or bringing the milk for coffee. The location of the hotel was great. We enjoyed our stay.

Our experience was amazing! The hotel is beautiful, and we were treated like royalty on the 46th anniversary of our marriage. Our room and that bath were large and lovely. The bathroom was of green marble tile with ample towels and robes and lovely toiletries. The courtyard with a fountain, plants and flowers were beautiful, and the staff could not have been more helpful, especially Janet, Julia and the young man who worked the night shift. The location cannot be beat.

Very pleasant, friendly, quiet location near everything. Quietest of all the hotels we have used in the area close to the zocalo. Breakfast is good and staff is extremely helpful.
