nous sommes restés déçus sur toute la ligne. En plus j'ai réclamé 3 fois à la réception et les ai avisé que le hammam ne fonctionnait pas , rien , sur 7 jours , je n'ai pu en profiter qu'un jour et uniquement le sauna, est-ce normal , pour moi non , on nous promet des tas de choses et sur place déception. Il serait bon de revoir un peu le tout et ce afin de fidéliser la clientèle. Sur ce, les vacances sont une loterie par conséquent je n'en veux à personne seule à moi-même qui n'ai pas eu le chic de faire le bon chois.

goed standaard hotel , goed gelegen vlak aan een skilift, goed ontbijt.
Alleen de kwaliteit van het diner kan veel beter. (verplicht half pension)
saladebar ok maar voor en hoofdgerechten komen precies uit een grootkeuken.
Dit is echt een werkpunt.

We expected the food to be better (italian quality)
We would liked to have the possibility of coffee at dinner table
The staff at the reception were fantastic and polite, however the staff at the restaurant and the service in the morning at the coffeebar could be more proactive, it would have benefited our experiance as a whole, and would probably led to that we would come back.
