Luggage + Cleaning 5/5. Bar and Pool Service 2/5 (1 Banana 5 Euro...). Check in and check 2/5. Furthermore we made a mistake and forgot to cancel our 2 rooms (double booking), what costs us 500 euros. We loved our stay and kindly asked for a voucher for our next visit, which was not granted. However overall a wonderful hotel in top location. Saluti Simon Laager
