Ich komme jederzeit gerne und mit Freude ! Nur im Restaurantbereich geht es etwas steif zu und die Mitarbeiter sind zu wenig aufmerksam (vor allem beim Frühstück).

Hotel mit toller Lage, sehr freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter an Rezeption und Service.
Leider nur italienische TV Sender, kein deutscher TV Sender, nicht einmal internationaler Sender, für ein 5 Sterne Hotel etwas schwach

This small town is a gem. The hotel's location was perfect for us because our trip to Genoa via train was only 30 minutes away. The view of the ocean was spectacular from our room which was extremely clean. The staff was very helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant 2 nights and the food and service were excellent.

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen und hat alles was es braucht. Ideal ist das frühe und komplette Frühstück (ab 7h00). Einzig was wir uns wünschen würden ist die Möglichkeit im Bad Licht ohne die lärmige Lüftung zu haben.

Wonderful, relaxing stay! Thank you very much. We look forward to returning in the future and would not hesitate to recommend staying here to others.

PS Although the bathroom was cleaned very well every day, there was a bit of a smell issue, possibly coming from the shower drain (which looked very clean). I mentioned it upon checkout in case it is fixable. Reception said said it might have been due to the rough seas affecting the water table. It can happen!
