Beautiful Hotel. Fabulous area. Staff is so gracious and helpful. We really enjoyed our 4 night stay and would love to return one day!

Overall, the hotel and staff were lovely. Breakfast was great; dinner wasn't up to the level we expected (i.e., the caprese salad felt like a supermarket salad, the pavlova was overbaked [it should have some chew]). But the minestrone soup was amazing.

We were stuck inside for a few days due to weather and it would have been nice if the bar had a snack menu, to go with drinks.

So while the hotel excelled in some places, it fell short in others. All of this made me realize that Hotel Cenobio wasn't as top tier as I initially thought it would be.

No heat in room. We were cold. Was told heat would not be turned on until November, No bottled water except large glass bottle in fridge for purchase. Dinner service started around 8 AM except maids for turn down service kept on showing up at 7 and one day did not return when we left for dinner at 8
