It was the 3rd time we have stayed here. The room was nice, but the shower is not very strong and I think that it would be preferable to have a stand alone shower. Great breakfast buffet. I found the charges for our 2 little non-shedding, clean, and well-behaved dogs a bit excessive, as they made no mess (unlike some humans, especially children) so that it was no extra cleaning needed. Other hotels we've stayed at with them actually either reduced the charge by only charging for one, or removed it entirely when they saw the state of the room. Otherwise we very much enjoyed our short stay.

We loved most aspects of our stay. On a personal note, I would of liked a soft rug at the bedside, as I find the hard floor not welcoming and they make noise from above. I would have also liked some information in the room about hotel services and a slightly warmer pool.

Dopo aver frequentato tanti Hotel a 4 stelle è la prima volta che chiedendo il long check-out, anche a pagamento, mi viene detto che non solo non è possibile, neppure per un’ora ma che, soprattutto, la stanza di cortesia veniva ben 500 euro per un paio d’ore.
Da precisare che la richiesta originava dal fatto che il nostro volo era stato differito in serata!
Servizio e cortesia sono ben altro!

Es ist immer wieder schön im dei Dogi, so dass wir auch gerne wieder kommen. Betreffend Sauberkeit gibt es einen kleinen Mangel. Und zwar gibt es in der Duschkabine dunkle Fugen, welche sichtbar verunreinigt sind. Vielleicht müssten diese alle paar Wochen speziell gereinigt werden. Zudem gibt es fast täglich neue Tuben Shampoo, Duschmittel, Haarconditioner und Body Lotion. Wir stellen diese Tuben immer wieder unter die Garderobe, um zu zeigen, dass wir keinen Bedarf haben. Ende Woche hatten wir so ca. 16 Tuben von diesen Produkten. Danke dem lieben Personal für diese Aufmerksamkeit. Sind dies die Anweisungen des Hauses?! Nur ein paar Anregungen.....

Das Hotel hat uns alles in allem sehr gut gefallen. Wir werden es sicher wieder besuchen.
