Truly one of the most wonderful hotels we have even been to. The room, views, and restaurants were magnificent. The private beach was gorgeous. We ate at each of the restaurants and they were great. The staff was very helpful, especially when I left my phone in a cab and they were able to track it down for me. Our room had a terrace which was beautiful with a spectacular view of the town and beach.

Schönes Hotel, in traumhafter Lage. Italienisches Frühstück, mit großer Auswahl, an Süßen. Sonst eher bescheiden, wenig Wurst und Käse, auch Spiegeleier oder weichgekochte waren leider nicht verfügbar. Das Abendessen, in der Terrasse am Strand, hat uns nicht besonders geschmeckt deshalb haben wir dann Auswerts gegessen.
Trotzdem würden wir wiederkommen, es war wunderschön.

In Ihrem wundervollen Hotel war eigentlich alles perfekt. Was uns nicht voll befriedigt hat, war die Wahl unserer Zimmerkategorie. Wir hätten uns ein grösseres Zimmer gewünscht mit mehr Raum für Kleider, Schuhe und Gepäckstücke. Dazu brauchen wir für unseren nächsten Besuch Ihre Hilfe. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. Danke für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt.

Ottimo hotel ma manca di servizi per il cane.
Ho scelto questo hotel perché amo Camogli e questo era l’unico hotel che mi permetteva di viaggiare col mio cagnolino ed al contempo essere in una bella struttura.
È un peccato però che i cani in questo hotel possono stare solo in camera ma non sostare nelle aree comuni.
Sarebbe bello se magari una piccola area della spiaggia, recintata e su prenotazione potesse essere dedicata agli ospiti con cani..i quali dovrebbero ovviamente prendersi la responsabilità di mantenere puliti gli spazi. Sarebbe un ottimo servizio per i clienti che viaggio con gli amici a quattro zampe.

Per il resto il soggiorno è andato molto bene, l’unica cosa da segnalare è che la Wi-Fi non andava.

Soggiorno molto buono. Non sarebbe male qualche rinnovamento di certe strutture e dotare l'albergo di un ascensore per scendere in e salire dalla spiaggia ad uso delle persone più anziane
