We love the hotel and the always helpful and friendly staff!

We would strongly encourage a dress code for the hotel:
1. Guests should at the very least wear a t-shirt when moving through the common areas of the hotel (our first sight arriving at the hotel was a guest wearing only swim trunks in the reception)
2. Swim trunks should not be allowed at breakfast or at any other restaurants
3. Long trousers and closed shoes should be mandatory at dinner at all restaurants (at dinner at La Playa one evening we sat next to group of guests from outside the hotel dressed in shorts and t-shirts)

Without adding any drama, we feel that the current situation is not aligned with the high standard of the hotel or the dress code of the staff for that matter. A further improvement would be the addition of a gym (just a few machines and some weights would be enough).

We look forward to return next year!!!

I punti di forza di questo hotel sono la posizione, la piscina, la spiaggia e il personale. Nella mia camera standard si notavano i segni del tempo con il parquet rovinato e alcuni dettagli che andrebbero sistemati

This was our second trip to the hotel & it didn’t disappoint. Location & views are stunning. The suite was great in terms of size & layout. Reception were very helpful in advance. Pool restaurant was excellent.

Big down side was the pool side management - allowing people to reserve their sun beds as early as 7am really lowers the tone & cheapens the hotel. We also found the oldest life guard to be very rude - bossing us & our children around because we weren’t one of his “regulars” - creates a very unrelaxing atmosphere.

Hotel splendido, in una posizione meravigliosa. Comodissimo anche il parcheggio. Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza. I bagnini cordiali e gentilissimi. Colazione molto abbondante e deliziosa. Che dire, sono 4 anni che siamo ospiti di questo hotel e non delude mai. Al prossimo anno! Hotel speciale
