Great hotel, location, amenities! Beautiful beach, swimming pool, kind and serviceable staff! Great ambiance, amazing views! It remains my favorite hotel! Thank you for being consistently great!

We loved the location and area but initially we were given 2 small loft rooms which were small and very different to the photos online - def 2 star hotel rooms rather than 4. Small shower room with no window. Then we asked to move and only rooms were available were more expensive and we were charged extra which we thought was not fair

Struttura splendida camera non adeguato al prezzo pagato con piccoli segni alle pareti e una crepa sul lavandino colazione ottima e abbondante ottima sia la piscina che la spiaggia prezzi delle consumazioni alti

We love the hotel and the always helpful and friendly staff!

We would strongly encourage a dress code for the hotel:
1. Guests should at the very least wear a t-shirt when moving through the common areas of the hotel (our first sight arriving at the hotel was a guest wearing only swim trunks in the reception)
2. Swim trunks should not be allowed at breakfast or at any other restaurants
3. Long trousers and closed shoes should be mandatory at dinner at all restaurants (at dinner at La Playa one evening we sat next to group of guests from outside the hotel dressed in shorts and t-shirts)

Without adding any drama, we feel that the current situation is not aligned with the high standard of the hotel or the dress code of the staff for that matter. A further improvement would be the addition of a gym (just a few machines and some weights would be enough).

We look forward to return next year!!!
