More than I expected, location is amazing, food was perfect, professional services, employees were over the Top helpful. Even a take away for breakfast if you’re leaving before the restaurant opens. Bathroom amenities were plentiful and good quality. We will always go there when visiting.

We had a very expensive room with own terrasse (room no. 1) The terrasse was without privacy because people in other rooms could look directly on our terrasse. On the joint terrasse there were more gatherings with many people directly in front of our terrasse - not nice! The bed in the room was very hard and so was the pillows - not good sleep. No wine glasses in the room. Breakfast very poor on the two mornings we stayed: most of the fruit was not fresh, too many people in the room, bacon was burned. Staff at parking very friendly. Most other staff appear somewhat arrogant. All together this did not meet our expectations for the price of this room/this hotel. In total not value for money.

Great experience overall. Lovely location overlooking Camogli. Fabulous restaurant with spectacular views over the sea and Camogli. Easy access to the train station (yet you don't hear the trains from your room). When you exit the train station cross the street and go left till you see a public lift which brings you very close to the hotel. Easy access to Portofino and Cinque Terre.
