Tutto perfetto, come sempre (abbiamo soggiornato più volte presso la vostra struttura negli ultimi 5 anni).
Desidero esprimere la mia perplessità su un unico punto: mi sarei aspettata che - in una struttura di questo livello - il personale di servizio nei ristoranti e per la pulizia delle camere indossasse la mascherina; al di là dellobbligo di legge, ritengo sarebbe una forma di rispetto e di cortesia nei confronti degli ospiti.
