Excellent hotel, but over a busy holiday weekend staff were a little stretched. It was dealt with in an extremely professionally and we were made to feel our comments where listened to. Reception staff were extremely helpful.

Servicepersonal sollte besser geschult werden. Dass der Kaffee ohne Unterteller serviert wird, befremdet. Essen in La Playa zu teuer für das was geboten wurde. Zimmer: Parkett teilweise kaputt, sollte neu versiegelt werden. Für 4Sterne Hotel ein wenig schäbig , auch wenn klar ist, dass das Hotel sehr groß und alt ist. Das Ganz hinterlässt bei mir den Eindruck von mehr Schein als Sein, eigentlich Schade, wäre gerne wiedergekommen

We loved the Cenobio - had a fantastic stay and will definitely be returning. Isabella was excellent on the front desk - really helpful and booked us some great restaurants!

Posizione stupenda Personale simpaticcissimo Cibo eccelente Avevammo la camera 14 con terrazzo vista mare ma la terrazza manca un po di privacy A parte quello non c'e niente da dire
