Hotel Cenobio dei Dogi

Magnifique hôtel avec une vue imprenable sur Camogli. Personnel très attentionné. Petite déjeuner excellent. Plusieurs restaurants sont à disposition et le point positif est que vous avez plusieurs endroits pour vous reposer, vous pouvez aussi bien profiter de la piscine que de la plage et naviguer aisément. Bref c'est un coin de paradis! De plus on dispose également d'un parking et si vous souhaitez vous déplacer pour visiter vous avez le train a 5 minutes à pieds (on ne l'entend pas du tout). l'hôtel est très bien entretenu et joliment fleuri. Ce fut un vrai plaisir!

Our experience was even more wonderful than we expected. The room, terrace, and sea view were exquisite. The bar service to our semi-private terrace was unexpected and very welcomed, grazie mille! And the breakfast was delicious, sophisticated and served with an outstanding panoramic sea view. The only reason the room was not graded as excellent is because they offer hot water and tea rather than coffee. An Italian coffee maker would be a much better, in my opinion, addition than tea. This is Italy not the UK. And please consider adding ceiling fans, or at least an oscillating fan stored in the rooms. We loved the 'mini-salita' at the back of the hotel that lead to the boardwalk of Camogli! Grazie, grazie, ciao, ciao, ci vediamo e presto!!

Innamorato di questo Hotel, ho passato giornate piacevoli sia per business che per piacere.

The place and the setting is simply gorgeous. It remains a bit old fashioned which probably makes the pkace so charming. The food could be a bit more modern/lighter. The part which was bizarrely below any standard: one of my colleagues credit card did not work and this has only been found out after her departure. I got 7(!) missed calls after landing of my 1h flight and got various emails. Also my colleague was not amused about this pushy manner. Why is your staff so desperate? Your internal issues should not be felt by customers. Nevertheless, these things can happen. The stay was wonderful and i hope to be back either on biz or private

We had booked a room with sea view and terrace. The terrace had absolutely no privacy and the only view was over the heads of people in the swimming pool that you could practically touch. Not at all what we expected. We requested a room change on a higher floor and it had nice windows on 2 sides but a tiny balcony with spider webs and chipped paint that you had to bring inside the chairs and small table to open the shutters. Unfortunately we still had pool view and none of the town of Camogli. And what kind of west facing hotel closes the pool at 19:00 and doesnt open until after 9 in morning?? Lunch service was lovely table but questionable service. Bottle of wine did not arrive until after we had eaten half our food and then this patio closed at 14:30 and never reopened for food at dinner. The Main Dining room was occupied for a private event as well and nobody bothered to explain any of this to us upon arrival or tell us where alternate dining was provided. Im sorry but the entire hotel seemed to lack any grace at all, spaces felt awkward and seemed to suffer from a management with no sense of good taste or style for such a fantastic location that must have been truly grand at some time in the past not now.

Our stay was totally delightful!

There really is nothing negative I can say about the hotel and the staff. One bump on the road was quickly smoothed. The only negative was our stay came to an end. Cenobio dei Dogi is magical and your management and staff magicians who create wonderful hospitality experiences.
