Das Hotel ist eins der schönsten, die wir bei unseren zahlreichen Italienaufenthalten bislang besucht haben. Bereits die Lage ist ein Traum, direkt am Wasser und umgeben von einer gepflegten Parkanlage. In Camogli nicht hoch genug einzuschätzen ist auch der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück des Hotels. Bei Ankunft stand direkt Personal zur Übernahme des Gepäcks bereit. Der Empfang war herzlich und professionell. Insgesamt war während des gesamten Aufenthalts die Professionalität des Personals angenehm zu spüren, anders als in leider vielen anderen Hotels, in denen eher Bemühen als Können wahrnehmbar ist. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Sauberkeit ohne Fehl und Tadel. Der gut geheizte Pool war ebenfalls sehr gepflegt, Bademäntel und Handtücher für die Liegen wurden gereicht.
Das Frühstücksangebot war - unter sorgfältiger Einhaltung der Hygieneregeln - umfangreich, auch hier Dank an das aufmerksame Personal. Insgesamt waren ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt - wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Hotel in posizione eccellente, facile da raggiungere in macchina, ristorante dell'hotel con vista panoramica degna di nota. Camere confortevoli, pulizia molto curata, personale estremamente cortese e disponibile. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

We had a lovely stay, and even extended the stay as it was so nice, for 11 nights. The staff on the desk, especially Alina, was so lovely, and the breakfast staff were very friendly, especially Luca. My only negative comments are that in our room, number 42, the shower leaks a lot of water on the floor every time you use it, and the electric socket next to the mirror in the main room was hanging off, so could be dangerous. I was also very disappointed that you were unable to let me borrow an iron for my clothes, I could only pay for it to be done. This is the first hotel I have stayed in that refused to let me use an iron. We do hope to return again soon.

Localizzazione perfetta.Luogo ideale per un soggiorno con retrogusto di un passato da Palazzo, ideale per quelle persone che apprezzano un hotel con servizio e decor tradizionale.
Personale gentile e ottima collazione.
Vista al maree piscina meravigliosa!
Ci torneremmo .
