Die Herren vom Service (Gepäck, Bademeister, Parken) waren freundlich und hilfreich. Von der Rezeption waren wir weniger angetan.
Zum Glück konnte man bei einem Raum zum Frühstück auf Nachfrage das Fenster weit öffnen (freundliches Personal dort). In Zeiten der Pandemie sollte man Gästen m.E. Von sich aus eine Alternative zu einen geschlossenen Raum mit vielen Gästen anbieten.
Die Sonnenterrasse und der Pool (für uns etwas zu gut besucht) und der wunderbare Strand (sehr freundliches Personal dort) waren sehr positiv.
Den Balkon haben wir sehr genossen. Der war wirklich ausgesprochen großartig, zumal Herr KLÖHN auch sehr gerne Züge im Blick hat.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. So well located with lovely rooms and delicious food. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Très bon séjour dans votre hôtel ... sauf pour le service de taxi de retour de Portofino...
