Wifi poor quality, room bit dated, water price ridiculous, at that price no complimentary is a disgrace, only hotel on our trip doing that. Aircon bit weak. Told couldn't have iron and ironing board due to risk, that was a joke. Breakfast chaotic. Overall great stay and would come back

Per me lhotel rappresenta sempre una garanzia, la mia valutazione è ottima sotto ogni profilo, dalla cortesia del personale (camerieri, bagnìni, receptionist) al comfort della struttura. Secondo me, a Camogli, non esiste struttura migliore!

Tutto molto bello, piccola pecca il servizio al ristorante d la Plata, che a dire il vero si sono prodigati per risolvere l'inconveniente, ma il disservizio ce' stato.

Es ist eine Freude mit zu erleben, wie aufmerksam, achtsam bzw. achtungsvoll sämtliche Mitarbeiter Ihres Hauses mit den Gästen verkehren. Das geht nur, wenn die Mitarbeiter mit Freude Ihrer Arbeit nachgehen. Alle Achtung auch der Führung Ihres wunderbaren Hotels.
