I would go back to this hotel, though the receptionists had an unfriendly approach. After I left the hotel, I realised that on my tax receipt was stated the names of the guests (never happened to me in 4 and 5 starts around Europe and the world). I called the hotel and asked if it could be issued a new one. Ms Alina told me that it was my fault that I didn't ask to have the receipt without names and, that, anyhow, she didn't have time to talk to me, nor to hear my suggestions. Definitely a pity they treat clients in this way. The rest was gorgeous.
