Très bel hôtel, très bien entretenu et très propre. Dommage que la chambre que vous nous avez attribuée était située derrière l'ascenseur car cela créait de la nuisance sonore.

1. Ontbijt ivm corona aangepast. Voor een sterrenhotel vonden wij dit erg eentonig en onrustig. A la carte was ook een optie geweest. 2. We hebben ons erg gestoord aan het 'reserveren' van ligstoelen bij het zwembad. Handdoeken werden vroeg in de ochtend al neergelegd. Het personeel bij het zwembad deed hier niets aan.

We are coming allready for 14 years and we enjoy it still very much!
On the otherhand Iwant to express our concern regarding the good reputation of the hotel. The quality of some visitors are not on the same level like the hotel and the other visitors are looking for. When the terras on the pool is used for rope skipping, public receptions, when the kids noise can't be kept under control, endless taking showers (luckily the guards are coming in between), forbidden ball games in the pool, using the pool as morning shower by the kids at 0800am.... Let say that this is a camping mentality. I can imagine this mindset is not bringing any money towards the restaurants or bars of the hotel and honestly it disturb the atmosphere at the pool for the people who want to be quiet and read or are taking a rest. I know it's difficult, but the hotel deserves better.
