Service was overall very good. We did feel that the reception staff and the breakfast staff were not as warm and welcoming as the other staff members ; ie La Playa, the Terrace, the bar, the lifeguards/pool service.

Would just suggest having more food options at the pool. I would have loved to have lunch in it and the options were only a grilled cheese sandwich, a very small fruit plate and can't remember the other one because it didn't feel like food.
