Das Frühstücksbuffet war hinsichtlich der getroffenen Covid-Massnahmen enttäuschend und dem Standard des Hotel völlig unangebracht. Ich hätte mir etwas mehr Flair, Phantasie und Professionalität bei der Umsetzung der Covid-Massahmen gewünscht. Die Bedienung am Buffet war zudem von einzelnen Mitarbeitern sehr unfreundlich und unmotiviert - schade,

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage!
Allerdings ist das Frühstück während der Corona-Situation mit der Abtrennung und den vorgegebenen Zeiten, aber mit geschlossen Fenstern sehr ungemütlich. Andere Hotels lösen das Problem viel viel besser!!! Leider daher die Note ungenügend!

Tolle, ruhige Lage mit herrlichem Zugang zum Meer.
Freundliches Personal, guter Service.

Pienamente soddisfatta del soggiorno nel vostro albergo, ho particolarmente apprezzato l'eleganza e la posizione della struttura alberghiera. Ho gradito molto l'efficacia e la gentilezza di tutto il personale, l'offerta dei ristoranti e dei bar, il servizio alla piscina e in riva al mare, la pulizia e il servizio nella camera. Unico piccolo neo: la nostra camera dava sul parcheggio e siamo state disturbate dal frequente rumore a tarda notte e soprattutto a prima mattina. In seguito alla nostra lamentela e alla promessa mantenuta di pronto intervento, il rumore è cessato e ve ne siamo molto riconoscenti. Peccato per il sole che arriva solo a mezzogiorno sulla spiaggia, ma tutto è così incantevole che consiglio vivamente un soggiorno in questo albergo per chi volesse scoprire Camogli e approfittare di una struttura magnifica con ottimi servizi. Location Perfetta servizio ottimo pulizia e Staff molto competente e gentile. Lunico problema sono le stanze un po vecchiotte.
