This is our second visit here and the hotel has everything we love - that marvellous sea sound at night,(we chose room 14 again), very comfortable beds and lovely courteous staff. However the restaurant is a disappointment. The cuisine is dated and heavy and the individual courses either somewhat overcooked or undercooked. For such a superb hotel you could really benefit from a young talented chef with fresh ideas. Otherwise - everything perfect during our stay and the hotel remains one of our favourites
