Il soggiorno é stato bello in generale e vi ringraziamo. Voglio comunque appuntare dei consigli di miglioramento:
Nella camera stranamente mancava uno specchio per vedersi interamente e dei cleenex in bagno (per essere un hotel di questo rango, direi che si potrebbero aggiungere).
Nella colazione manca varietà per chi ha intolleranze e/o segue alimentazioni salutari (non c'era yogurt di soia o riso, ma tutto vaccino..e all'ultimo giorno avevano anche finito il latte di soia per il cappuccino), fortunatamente ci siamo portati almeno della frutta secca da casa.
I prodotti senza glutine erano tutti preconfezionati e stracolmi di grassi e zuccheri...sarebbe bello che iniziaste a far preparare pani o torte differenti (molto buoni, salutari ed adatti a tutti).

Die Lage ist die Beste in Camogli. Zimmer ist, der hoteleigene Strand ist aber das Highlight des Hotels.

We had an amazing time at the hotel!the room was very clean with great room service and an amazing view in the sea! You really had anything you needed in a few minutes distance: beach, pool, restaurant and bar and it is amazingly close to the town of Camogli! Totally recommend!

This is a beautiful hotel, bravo for the service, location on the beach, food and everything.
The only suggestion i have is to print out the bills from the restaurants and bars from the computer so the prices are not altered by hand. I had an unpleasant experience with Simone, in the beach bar who for coffee with milk first put the price at 6 euros and then 3 euros and then when i asked for the menu to see the price it was written 2.5 euro. This is not serious and not the level at your hotel, therefore please check that.

Everything was excellent. The entire staff was courteous, professional and attentive. We will be coming back for a longer stay next year.
