Our overall experience was extremely positive, helped by the responsive reception staff and excellent service. The Cenobio dei Dogi is a very, very good hotel with excellent service; it is a well appointed, upmarket hotel in a great location, with a great outlook and great views, and excellent service (and as a result is not cheap). The food was very, very good. The hotel swimming pool was large, the beach location very good. Some may find the bathrooms small, in particular the shower, and some of the bedrooms small compared to other hotels.
