Eccezionale professionalità e straordinaria gentilezza e disponibilità (quasi familiare) di tutto il personale, dalla Reception, al Bar, dal Ristorante al Personale al piano. Ogni volta è una conferma di una accoglienza di qualità eccellente che è difficile rendere adeguatamente con una descrizione a parole. A tutti va il nostro affetto.

The only reason why I did not start with 10pts (regarding recommandations to our friends) is that price-wise the hotel is high upper end or unaffordable for some of our friends. That said, I am aware that this price is justified by very high quality and a business model offering work to many employees (probably more than average) in various functions--which is crucial for making the hotel such an exceptionally friendly and enjoyable place. Our gratitude to your fantastic staff, from reception through room service to the restaurant.
