I believe you have several guests that return year after year, such as my husband and I. Would you consider implementing a loyalty or reward programme? Or special rewards for repeat guests?

From arriving to check in with Katarina it was such a pleasure to see my friends on staff again .
Andrea , Enrico , and Matthia, at the beach and pool were always a pleasure to interact with
Stefano, Luca, Fabrizio, Roberto and Anna at Terrace Giulia were superb hosts.
Ronaldo at the terrace and Gianni at Le Playa, were always friendly .
The house keeping staff also were very attentive and discreet.
This is my second stay at your beautiful hotel and I hope it won’t be my last .
