Everything was extremely good at your beautiful hotel, from the moment we walked in the door in the reception to check in, until we left 2 days later: the friendly staff, the well kept building, good products in the bathroom, excellent breakfast, and the stunning view! I only miss a softer bed.

Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, schönes Hotel in toller und zentraler Umgebung. Leider Pool ab 2. Tag nicht in Betieb, Service beim Frühstück mittel.

The hotel is wonderful for the above reasons but we were shocked by the lack of awareness of the need to change policies for the use of plastic at the hotel. There are so many examples where you use single use plastics - drink straws, wrappers for slippers and soap, containers for toiletries etc. Even if some of these can be recycled, we saw no evidence that any recycling is carried out. Also there are notices advising of your policy as regards the washing of towels, but every day, despite keeping our towels on the rails, our towels were changed. Finally, on a different, less important matter, I was told that the swimming pool was open when it clearly wasn’t so it’s lucky I didn’t try swimming in it.
