This is the 4th time we have stayed at Cenobio dei Dogi which speaks for itself! As usual the location is fantastic the restaurants superb and the staff a delight. The only downside on this latest visit was our room. All rooms we have booked in the past were spacious with a balcony and sea view. We expected the same but the room was very small and the Sea view was from a very small window and no outside space at all. There was a wedding the day we arrived maybe all the nice rooms were taken by the guests.

Così gli ospiti vanno a cena in centro.

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful location. Enjoyed both the pool and beach. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very nice. In particular Isabella was a great help in making dinner reservations and planning our activities during our stay. Hope to be back soon.

Your hotel is beautiful. You need to spend some money on your bathrooms as the showers are tiny and difficult for larger people to use. Your reception and concierge staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful. The staff working at the pool were grumpy, unhelpful and downright nasty. One staff member at the pool made my disabled daughter cry when he incorrectly accused her of taking someone else’s pool lounge. You also need to consider the service you provide to your pool area. Not serving food there is a big gap for you. I would say overall, with the exception of your reception and concierge staff that your staff are old fashioned, set in their ways and not at all client focussed. There was no flexibility in requests. The hotel we went to after yours was the complete opposite where nothing was a problem and the staff all smiled a lot. Your staff mostly never smiled.
