Super Lage, toller Service, einmaliger Ausblick vom Restaurant DEI DOGI auf das Meer
Lift ist in die Jahre gekommen und könnte erneuert werden mit mehr Kapazität. Zwischenetagen machen es sehr umständlich mit Kinderwagen oder Rollstuhl. Hier wäre eine architektonische Lösung zu überlegen.

I love the hotel, as this hotel has all it needs in location and style to be a 5 star hotel. It could really get to the top, but is lacking in service, and it seems as the development has stopped compared to other hotels I have visited. An example is that I have been visiting the hotel for 5 years now and the breakfast has not developed at all. Too much sweet and boring cakes. The food could be presented so much more delicate and variated.
The service following the high price for the rooms is lacking a bit. An example is that there is no water in the room or water is not given to people at the pool.
Safe guards help on umbrellas and towels which is nice. But I have experienced incidents where they just play card and do really not keep an eye out on safety for people. Some Rooms soon will need renovation. I am sure management is on top of this.
There is no customer loyalty program available, as it is more on a case to case decision from management. This seems very old style, and is not easy to relate to for customers. It does not create many loyal customers….
I will be following the development and hoping for a fantastic future for this hotel.
