The hotel and staff in the reception were perfect, however the staff in the restaurant and at breakfast were rather unfriendly and grumpy. The breakfast was well below par, the fruit was old, only chocolate cereal was available and when I asked for an alternative nothing could be provided. The coffee machines were both very temperamental and no alternative was offered just a grumpy girl stomping around because everyone was asking for a hot drink. If the staff had provided an alternative while the machines were being sorted it would have been a more relaxed and pleasant experience rather than the chaos it caused. Based on our experience we chose not to have breakfast the next day.

Hotel excellent.

Restaurant very disappointing with poor standard of welcome, slow service, poor cooking of steak, and very bad pricing - how can two courses ever cost more than three? This pricing is unacceptable.

Breakfast hot food not cooked enough. Cold ingredients good.

Pas vraiment top.
Nous avons eu un blocage de casier à la piscine . Un menvre du personnel est venu après 14 min d’attente et deux coup de téléphone de ma part. Heureusement que j’étais en possession de mon gsm aussi non nous serions encore tj là à attendre…

Bon séjour dans votre établissement a part le restaurant.
Longue attente pour la prise de commande et le personnel pas souriant.
Il faut souvent demander aussi bien le soir que le matin .

Très bien, sauf l Espace bien être,les gens n'ont aucun respect, très bruyant les enfants sautent dans l eau en criant,et personne ne dit Quoi que ce soit !!! Franchement très déçu de vôtre espace bien être... Il n est pas au niveau de votre hôtel.. ☹️☹️

Very nice place and comfortable elegant and charming place. Unfortunately the service in the restaurant does not match with the luxury of the house
