The best hotel I have ever stayed at; wish I had had longer. Will definitely be back and will recommend to others.

Staff super. Maintenance of air-conditioning in old building very poor indeed. Staff must have known it was not working, but did nothing saying they would tell the maintenance team. To me it seems that it may have been a lie they say to everyone who complains. It has been hot for days, it should have been repaired. Looking at the back of the building there are many aircon heat exchanger units.

We were not there, because my wife has broken her leg the day before! Nevertheless we had to pay full rate!
