We had an excellent experience during our stay at this hotel in Ramstein. We visited as observers ahead of an exercise at the nearby air base, and from the very beginning, we received exceptionally friendly and professional service from all staff members. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality made our stay very comfortable and pleasant.

The hotel's facilities impressed us: they are modern, well-maintained, and provide everything necessary for a convenient and efficient stay, which is essential for the type of activities we carry out. After this experience, we can confidently say that this hotel fully meets the requirements of our personnel, and we will definitely recommend it as the best option for our deployment next year.

Very comfortable and quiet. Martin, Maria and the other staff were friendly, helpful, professional. Beautiful and comfortable hotel with delicious breakfast. Easter basket left outside door on Easter was a really nice touch. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Wonderful stay. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The room was large. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay there again during colder months. With no A/C, I am not sure about staying during the warmer months.
