Hotel, Zimmer und Mitarbeiter super!
Nicht zufrieden stellend, das Frühstück, keine Auswahl Cafemaschine beim Frühstück mit Milchpulver :-( . Frühstückszeiten nur bis 9.00 Uhr.
Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sehr verbesserungswürdig!!!!

Perfect place to stay when you are in Ramstein; as said, it is the closest to the entrance in the air base .

I already saw a better hotel with the same price in that location. My experience was not the greatest unfortunately. The location is isolated from the little town.

Thank you very much that you have taken the time to review us. Unfortunately, none of your concerns have been addressed with either the staff, nor with me during your stay, which would have clarified one or the other situation.
First of all, the shades go in two directions in order to keep almost all natural light out of your room. I have just checked the room you were staying in and the blinds work fine. An air-condition is, unfortunately, not possible at our hotel. This is why our building is insulated and equipped with a central air system. This ensures, if the windows stay closed during the day, that it stays nice and comfortable during your stay.
What I would like to keep a big distance to is the statement about using left over food which is not just forbitten but also not our standard. We are sorry that breakfast did not meet your expectations, but I can ensure that everything is at highest quality standards.
As we are a hotel garni we do not have a kitchen for evening dinners but there are many great restaurants in town and five of them in less than 5 minutes on foot.
