Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for choosing our hotel for your stay.

We are sorry to learn that certain aspects of your experience did not fully meet your expectations. We would, however, like to kindly clarify that all our rooms are equipped with beds of standard dimensions, in accordance with the category and specifications of the room booked.

Regarding the shampoo, we sincerely apologize if it was unavailable. Our housekeeping team routinely checks and replenishes all bathroom amenities whenever they have been used. Should anything be missing, our staff is always happy to assist promptly upon request.

With regard to access to the Spa, we completely understand your son's disappointment. Nevertheless, in accordance with our wellness area regulations, guests under the age of 16 are not permitted to access the Spa facilities after 3:00 p.m., even when accompanied by their parents.

We truly appreciate your comments, as they help us continually improve the quality of our services and the overall Guest experience.

Leggere che il nostro Hotel rimane per Lei un punto di riferimento e che trova sempre piacere nel tornare a trovarci è una soddisfazione che va ben oltre qualsiasi valutazione. Siamo davvero felici che la nostra spiaggia privata abbia rappresentato per Lei un’esperienza piacevole e memorabile, e che abbia potuto apprezzare la qualità dell’acqua e l’organizzazione dell’area nuoto. Investiamo costantemente energie nella cura e nella manutenzione di questo spazio, con l’obiettivo di assicurare a ogni Ospite un ambiente riservato, ordinato e rilassante.

Ci fa piacere anche leggere il Suo giudizio positivo sulla posizione della struttura e sulla pulizia, aspetti sui quali puntiamo molto per valorizzare ogni soggiorno.

Allo stesso tempo, siamo dispiaciuti di apprendere che non abbia trovato sufficientemente comodi i letti e la biancheria; così come del fatto che la disponibilità del personale della Reception non sia stata all’altezza delle Sue aspettative. I Suoi commenti sono preziosi e saranno condivisi per favorire un miglioramento continuo del servizio.
