La ringraziamo sinceramente per aver condiviso le Sue impressioni e per l’ottimo riscontro relativo alla bellissima posizione, alla cura ed alla pulizia della struttura.

Ci fa piacere sapere che, nel complesso, sia rimasta molto soddisfatta del soggiorno e che abbia potuto apprezzare anche la nostra spiaggia privata e la SPA Le Tamerici.

Thank you for your review of your stay at the Continental.

We regret to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the room furnishings, the quality of your sleep, and the amenities available.

Regarding the coffee machine and complimentary water, we understand that many guests expect these amenities in their rooms.

Water is provided in the room's minibar, and a kettle for tea and coffee is available upon request.

In our rooms, guests will find a high-quality amenity line by NUXE, a renowned brand also sold in pharmacies, which includes shampoo and shower gel, body lotion, and soap. Other items such as vanity sets, shower caps, conditioners, etc. are available upon request at the reception.

We also regret that the quality of the mattress and furnishings was not to your liking. If you had come to the front desk to let us know your dissatisfaction, we could have worked with you to find a solution, including an alternative room to yours, which you didn't like.

Thank you for appreciating the location and the view—two features that many of our guests consider to be among the hotel's strong points.

We are sorry to read about your dissatisfaction.

However, we would like to clarify a few points: we responded to all your requests via the Expedia platform in a concise and formal manner, in line with the nature of the communication channel (messaging).

For Guests' comfort, a kettle for tea and coffee can be provided upon request via our Concierge.
As an exception, we granted you an early check-in at 11:57 AM (instead of the standard 3:00 PM) and a late check-out at 11:45 AM. After that time, we also offered you complimentary use of our meeting room so that you could comfortably attend your business video call.

The courtesy line in our rooms is by NUXE, a brand selected among the best and also sold in pharmacies. We are sorry if it did not meet your personal preferences.
Regarding Wi-Fi connection, it is true that occasional slowdowns may occur due to external factors beyond our control.

We truly regret if you felt that one of our Receptionists was not courteous in not greeting you as other Guests—this behavior does not reflect our standards of hospitality, and we sincerely apologize for the incident. We believe it was probably an oversight and not intentional ( the reviews about our staff are excellent )
