Thank you for taking the time to post your good review following your stay with us at the Continental.
I am sorry that you did not enjoy the furniture of our hotel. The Hotel Continental is described as a traditional, touristic Hotel in Santa Margherita, our classical style is a popular choice with many international visitors who appreciate our décors and intimacy of our rooms and the building as you will see from the vast majority of Google and Booking.com comments.
Every year in low season we plan the restyling of a part of the hotel, the Hall will be renewed soon in the future.
We have a Help Desk with two Concierge who answer hundreds of questions of our Customers, providing timetable for buses, boats, trains and also booking transfers, boats, restaurants, etc… Sometimes they have to attend to two or three customers’ requests at the same time but we have always received a lot of compliments for their efficiency and helpfulness.
I do hope that you will consider trying again as I am very confident that we can provide you with the same experience and level of comfort that a majority of our guests are very willing to attest to.
