Bedankt voor het delen van uw ervaring in ons hotel en voor de positieve feedback over verschillende aspecten van uw verblijf.

We zijn verheugd dat uw gezin de kamer comfortabel vond, met name de ruime en functionele indeling.

We hebben uw suggesties met betrekking tot de indeling van de douche en de badkamer ter harte genomen.

We zijn verheugd te horen dat de service van ons personeel, met name de behulpzaamheid en hoffelijkheid van onze conciërge, heeft bijgedragen aan een aangenaam en zorgeloos verblijf. Ons dagelijkse doel is om onze gasten met zorg en professionaliteit te verzorgen.

La ringraziamo di Cuore per aver condiviso il Suo giudizio così eccezionale e siamo lieti che la camera, la pulizia, il servizio e la posizione abbiano incontrato pienamente le Sue aspettative.

Accogliamo con attenzione il Suo suggerimento riguardo ai costi extra per spiaggia, parcheggio e alcune proposte aggiuntive della colazione.
Per quanto riguarda la spiaggia privata, desideriamo sottolineare che il supplemento garantisce un ambiente riservato e ben curato, comprensivo di lettino, telo e ombrellone, con spazi dedicati ad ogni Ospite per assicurare comfort e tranquillità. Lo stesso vale per il servizio di parcheggio, che prevede aree controllate – sia interne che esterne – per offrire massima sicurezza e comodità ed il servizio di valet parking. Tutti i servizi che sono a pagamento sono pensati per mantenere elevati standard qualitativi e per arricchire l’esperienza dei nostri Ospiti.

Il Suo parere è molto importante per noi e ci aiuterà a perfezionare ulteriormente la nostra proposta.

Siamo lieti che Lei abbia apprezzato la qualità della pulizia, lo Staff molto gentile e disponibile, la posizione, la spiaggia privata e la nostra nuovissima SPA Le Tamerici, così come l’offerta gastronomica, elementi a cui teniamo particolarmente.

We are pleased that you appreciated the location and the quality of the room, aspects that undoubtedly represent some of our greatest strengths and which we constantly strive to enhance to ensure our guests a welcoming and comfortable environment.

We are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with the extra services such as parking, the pool and the private beach. We would like to point out that our private beach is designed to offer our guests an exclusive and well-maintained environment, with the guarantee of personal space, constant cleanliness and safety, as well as the inclusion of a sun lounger, umbrella, and beach towel. These aspects contribute to the additional cost, aimed at ensuring quality and avoiding crowding.

Regarding the additional costs for access to the Le Tamerici SPA circuit, the pool, and the private beach. The exclusive areas and services of the wellness center require an additional fee, as they offer private spaces, heated pools with hydromassage jets, a sauna, a Turkish bath, and an ice shower.

Regarding breakfast, we regret that the selection offered was not to your liking. We take our guests' comments seriously and will carefully evaluate how to further improve the variety and quality of our offerings to better meet your expectations.
