Insgesamt ein sehr guter Eindruck.
Bei der Frage, wie ich auf den Conventgarten aufmerksam geworden bin, fehlt m.E. die Kennzeichnungsmöglichkeit für "war bereits Gast in Ihrem Haus". Daher habe ich Sonstige angegeben. Die aufgeführten Merkmale sind nur etwas für "Erstbucher".

sehr schöne Lage, sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen, sauber, das Essen im Restaurant war ein hochgenuss mit dem Ausblick aufs Wasser unvergesslich

I have requested the early breakfast for my x3 customers who also stayed your hotel with me, to the reception one days before the checking out. The lady of reception recommended me to order the lunch box instead of early breakfast. I accepted this and she reserved this. I have requested reception to give this reserved lunch box when my x3 customer check-out in the early morning on Jun/23. However reception lady said, nothing lunch box is reserved. Furthermore, the gentleman who was sitting behind the reception lady definitely said no reservation. I asked again him to check it in the breakfast restaurant because I surely ordered this. Finally this gentleman brought three lunch box without apologize. This is coming from your miss communication and I hope never happened this kind of uncomfortable matter for the visitor.
