I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping and the overall atmosphere of the hotel, which was warm and welcoming. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the location was perfect—close to the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Empfang. Beim Frühstück das gesamte Personal mit Desiree sehr freundlich. Und das Buffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Zimmer in Ordnung, Bad katastrophaler Hygienezustand. Überall um die Dusche Dreck und fremde Haare. Hier wurde monatelang nicht geputzt. Dies dann auf den Gast abzuwelzen ist ein absolutes Unding. Per Mail haben wir die Nachricht bekommen: Gestern hatte Herr Heeg die Karte an die Tür gehängt und damit aktiv auf die Reinigung verzichtet, sodass wir nicht die Möglichkeit hatten, bereits am Donnerstag auf die Missstände aufmerksam zu werden und sie zu bereinigen. Die Missstände im Bad hätten schon vor Monaten gesehen werden können und nicht erst während meines Besuches. Somit ist diese Aussage ein No-Go
