Very Friendly young staff. Ready to help you.We had an issue with wifi late in the evening.. it was raining and cole..still the young man came to rectify it at 1000hrs.It was not I. The hotel but in the apartments which is a block away..He could have given an excuse and we would. Have accepted it..He came around .thanks mate
I would recommend it strongly for trip by couples.

El apartamento era más de lo que esperábamos y lo más importante su ubicación, por otro lado las personas que nos atendieron en el hotel da Bruno fueron muy cálidas y serviciales

Four of us stayed at the apartment at Sotoportego dei Catecumeni and were delighted with it. It was clean, comfortable, warm and extremely well equipped. Having a bathroom each was a plus. Perhaps eople should know there are 22 stairs to reach the apartment - this was not a problem for us, but could be for some. The location was good - a short walk to the Ca d'Oro water bus station. I have no idea what an omelet machine or a digital newsstand are! Would highly recommend this apartment and the reception at Hotel da Bruno

Pues el check -in fue muy rápido , el chico que nos llevó al apartamento muy serio, incluido la resolución de un problema en los fogones de la cocina muy satisfactorio

Very relaxing and glad to come into the cold to a nice warm appartment so clean and everything in the kitchen we needed

My family and I stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment near Campo Santi Apostoli and it was a great experience. It is very easy to access coming from the train station and the receptionist was very polite and explained us every thing we needed, including some tips of Venice. We didn't have any issue to complain about and I would certainly recommend it.
