Sehr nettes, großes Appartement in Sehr zentraler Lage zwischen Rialto und Markusplatz.
Allerdings wäre für 5 Personen ein zweites Bad oder auch ein vom Bad gertrenntes WC wünschenswert.
Die Terrasse ist nicht direkt von der Wohnung aus benützbar und auch für andere Gäste zur Verfügung, das wurde vorher nicht bekanntgegeben.

Every thing about the apartment was nice, the location, the cleanliness and the equipment. Also the staff and their behavior was perfect.

I really loved the fact that all positive aspects of a hotel (e.g. breakfast, a reception you can always contact if you have a problem, bathroom products,...) were combined with the comfort of having your own appartment.

We had a fantastic stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was lovely; spacious, comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to visit Venice again.

Great location room has generous space but not clean a lot of bugs flies and mosquitoes. The oven was not working ,the apartment is quite old and a little scary

Dear guest, we are sorry to hear you were not completly satisfied with your stay in one of our apartment. I am very sorry to hear that several things throughout your stay did not meet your expectations. Anyway, please note that:
- We provide our hotel rooms and apartments with an anti mosquito liquid diffuser (did you use it?), as well as we recommend our customers to leave windows closed at night: indeed, in Venice as we really live on the water, you may find some small (but innocuous) flies.
- Apartment has been completly refurnished in 2010, with modern materials and attention to details. Accommodation is full of natural light during all day and it’s quiet despite being in a central location, only 200 metres from San Marco square, and very safe.
- Owen is working well. That said, I would have appreciated to know the problem during your stay, in order to fix it at the same time, or explain you on how to turn it on. Unfortunately, no one of our staff received a feedback from you during your stay.

Access to apartment via x3 floors of narrow stairs
Lots of noise from street below particularly during the night
Apartment seemed a little 'tired'
Air con welcome in bedroom although a little noisy
All facilities available for self catering
