Very good experience in this Venice apartment hotel. The service is so good. They contacted me in advance and the instructions for checkin is very clear. The location is very good and it has a view of water just inside the room. The apartment is very much heritage like and convenient for living as a guest house. The price is very reasonable considering considering the location in busiest Venice. Very much recommend for other travelers.

The appliances in the room were very old and some were broken. The tiles in the bathroom behind the toilet were leaking water. The hot water system had exposed wires and gas lines.

We were very happy with our stay in Charming Venice Apartment ( Calle Lunga Santa Maria Formosa ). The apartment has everything for a long stay. The location is excellent. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, but apartment itself is quiet.The hotel staff who took us to the apartment was very kind, friendly and informative. We would like to definitely come back.

I love the service for check-in. They show us the way and give us some advice that helpful for stay. Location is good near main attractions and supermarket.
