Bel appartement, spacieux, un vieux palais italien.
Malheureusement la salle de bain est toute petite.

Our experience in Venice was very good and we would book the same appartment in the future. We were afraid that the heat wave and the crowds would be too much for us during Summer season, but the location of the place made our stay very pleasant.
Our only criticism is the Wi-Fi system. It does not work very well and we experienced attempts of many cybernauts to get a hold on our internet connection and access our networks

Worst experience ever. Very rude and unprofessional staff. No AC

we have received your review where you informed us how our services did not satisfy your expectations.
We would like to inform you that you evaluation will help us to improve our services, as we are doing constantly with the feedback of our guests.

We think that maybe you left a review of the wrong place: you were taken to your apartment by our colleague Stefano, who is the kindest person we have ever worked with. You left a tip to him, so we are surprised to read that he was rude.
Moreover there were 2 air conditioning machines in the apartment and Stefano showed you how to turn them on so we do not understand why you wrote that there were no air conditioning.
We would like to ask you please to consider if this review is what you really think about our service.
If it is so, please explain why we have been rude, so that we can avoid the behaviour.
If instead you wrote a review for the wrong hotel, please change it as it is very important to us.

We have enjoyed our stay, near to all the tourist attractions. Very kind staff. Very nice appartment. Good airco and private location.
