Room is spacious and clean, very convenient location. Enjoyed cooking as well. Nice kitchen equipment with the oven and dish washer which made our stay more comfortable and value-added but the knife needs to be shapend. Shower room is a bit too small.
Overall, quite satisfying accommodation!

Centrally located to St Marks square and Rialto. Comfortably fitted out. Any issues dealt with promptly.

We really enjoyed our four nights in the apartment. We didn't watch tv as there was little in English but used wifi to access our own programmes. There was no kettle or dishcloth although we wondered if maybe that is standard for a Venetian kitchen, so we just used a pot and bought a dishcloth. Kitchen was well equipped apart from that. Nice light colours in living area. Sunny lounge.

Booked this apartment through booking.com as was advertised as having sea view and/or terrace. The ground floor apartment had ALL windows facing a brick wall!

Dear guest, what you wrote it's simply not true. You booked the following apartment: One-Bedroom Apartment - Calle de la Testa. The apartment where you stayed is exactly the one you booked online and, of course, there is no canal view / terrace, as you booked a one bedroom apartment without any special feature. On our Booking.com page info, pictures and amenities of the specific flat are well shown. We suggest you to double check your reservation, where all amenities are clearly advertised.
