Booked this apartment through booking.com as was advertised as having sea view and/or terrace. The ground floor apartment had ALL windows facing a brick wall!

Dear guest, what you wrote it's simply not true. You booked the following apartment: One-Bedroom Apartment - Calle de la Testa. The apartment where you stayed is exactly the one you booked online and, of course, there is no canal view / terrace, as you booked a one bedroom apartment without any special feature. On our Booking.com page info, pictures and amenities of the specific flat are well shown. We suggest you to double check your reservation, where all amenities are clearly advertised.

We had a fantastic time, the location: wonderful, kitchen: all the items you need and new, brilliant stove and dishwasher. Air conditioning that worked without failure. Bathroom with bath and over head shower, great mirror lighting and a wonderful little washing machine. Comfortable beds and pillows/blankets to choose from. Oh the porch area brilliant, views fabulous. I will be renting this apartment again in future.
