Our overall experience at this apartment was great!! There was plenty of room for our group, the apartment was very clean, and the location was pretty close to most things. It was a long walk to the train station from the apartment, but for dinner and shopping it was fine.

Over price and not value for money.

Dear guest, thank you for candid review.
Regarding washing machine, we would to remind you that - once we received a message from you telling you were not able to use it - we sent maid to show you how to use it.
We are sorry to hear that you didn't find our location to your liking, even if apartment you booked is right in the hearth of the historical cityi, only 200 metres from Campo Santi Giovanni e Paolo, and a short walk from both Saint Mark's Square and Rialto Bridge. This extremely central and convenient location is yet peaceful and quiet.
We would be glad to have you again as our guests in our property. Hope to see you in Venice very soon again. Best regards Paolo

Fantastic location. Clean, very well furnished rooms. Had a very beautiful stay.
Only very small negative was the bathroom door was very squeaky - anyone needing to use the bathroom in the night woke the whole apartment.

Friendly, polite and helpful - reception Hotel da Bruno
Well situated and wonderfully equipped and decorated apartement on two floors
A small place on the roof patio is excellently suitable for romantic candle light dinner
