We stayed in the two bedroom apartment Calle del Paradiso with canal view. We have stayed in this apartment before and we look forward to returning again. Unfortunately on this occasions there were some problems with the central heating boiler, but every effort was made to rectify them. The range of kitchen & dining room equipment is basic but adequate; it could be improved. Because of aqua alta we appreciated the provision of rubber boots and umbrellas.

Good. We liked location, kitchen and bathroom. For improvement- really clear about bedroom size and that singles are connected. Small toilet in addition to shower room. Get new comfy sofas! 2 out of 4 of us liked it but 2 didn’t. We enjoyed our time in Venice.

Brilliant location, the apartment was perfect for our stay, I am a retired chef so it meant we could use the Rialto markets and local supermarkets and bakeries for food which I could cook . This not only gave us an authentic Venitian experience but also kepts the costs much lower than eating out in restaurants , plus a quality bottle of Prosecco costs 4 euros. Bella Italia !!

It was a pleasure to stay with you for us: my wife, a girl friend of her from Russia and me. The location with rather central, important places easy and quick to reach. The location next to hugh bookshop Libri was a temptating opportunity which I used often. The way to the center with all the shops right and left also.
We would like to return to the place.

I enjoyed my visit greatly, and would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to all those who are looking for an inexpensive accommodation and willing to shop, cook and clean up after themselves.
